Student Email cannot be confirmed

I am a fulltime student in Yoobee College of Creative Innovation, Auckland, New Zealand studying Cloud Engineering. When I filling my information to apply for Student Benefits, it always tell me it is unable to confirm my University ID. Also, when I follow the instruction to apply a Azure Certificate Exam, it cannot give me a discount as other students did. I am not sure what is happening. I have to say the Microsoft's Help + Support is sucks. I cannot even create a request and only a silly robot asking me questions and navigated me to an unsupportive website again and again. I am pretty sure I am not the only student met this issue. Can someone tell me what to do in this situation?

    Hello Steven,

    Thanks for your question.

You can sign up for Azure for Student using your student academic email address or via registration for a GitHub student pack account which will give you access to a Azure for Student Verification Code if you do not have a valid student email address.

Please refer to the Microsoft for Students FAQ over here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/free-account-students-faq/

Can you alternatively try global Support? The best bet here is to reach out to support:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

    See reference issue here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1663187/academic-verification-failure-for-azure-student-be

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
