Please i need your help on this issue.
We are having issues with removing the Microsoft 365 Audio conferencing feature for some users.
This feature is part of the Office 365 E5 License that is distributed to our users via a group policy.
In this group policy this feature is turned off, but we have noticed that some users still have it activated.
We are aware that Audio Conferencing is an additional license that is included in the E5 subscription.
The Office 365 E5 License is assigned to one group “ALL_STAFF” which each user in our organization is added to. The Audio-Conferencing Feature is disabled here (see below)
However, this option is switched on for some users (around 5 users) and it’s not possible to uncheck this option (see below) and that is the main reason of the problem
