Idea: I suggest allocating some cloud storage for Excel and Word to automatically save changes for at least one day. This would be helpful because users often forget what changes they made, but it can be important to review and track recent edits.

    Thanks for your suggestion.

    Currently, there is an AutoSave feature, which requires you to be a Microsoft 365 Apps subscriber and store Office files in the cloud such as OneDrive.

    Regarding your suggestion to allocate cloud storage to Word and Excel, I suggest you raise a request in the Microsoft feedback forum: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/

    Microsoft will listen to all feedback and consider them for additional feature/future versions of Microsoft products. Your feedback helps Microsoft developers know which features are most important to you.
