Source IP address

Question

I have deployed a chatbot service on Azure cloud. It needs to talk to server in my data center. I can create NAT on that server but need to know IP address of source (chatbot service at Azure). Questions: 1) where can I find source IP? 2) Can Azure provide me with static IP?
