You can use your existing Configuration Manager SA license for Co-management with Intune. However, if you plan to use Autopilot for provisioning then you need full Intune license.

How can i license System Center endpoint configuration manager with intune.
I have to manage 300 core by sccm as well as 150 windows 10 , also i have to have 150 user for intune.
I will do sccm co management with intune
what is the required license?
