My academic status cannot be verified when trying to schedule a Microsoft exam

Hello,

I am a student and have a school email account.

When I try to schedule a Microsoft exam I am asked to verification that I am a student.

As mentioned I have a school email account, however after I put my school email below and click on "Verify", I receive the error message:
"Sorry, your academic status could not be verified."

Please let me know how to verify my student account. Thank you.
