Unable to View Certification Certificate

Question

Hello,

I took the certification exam for Excel and I received an email with a MCID. When I log in to Microsoft, it shows a different MCID. I obtained the certificate through Troy University, but I log in with my personal gmail account. I assume I need to merge these two so my certificate can be viewed. How do I proceed?
