Feature update Windows 10 21H1

Hi!

I had recently deployed the feature update for windows 10 21h1. However, last week, I noticed that they had expired, so I downloaded the new available 21h1 feature, and I see that it is exactly the same, does anyone know why they expired and they released one apparently the same?
Even the new one shows how it has already been installed in many of the company's devices.

    They are not the same
    the new one is updated media 19043.1348, previous one was 19043.928
