I have two App Service in Azure and when I deploy my webapplication, it takes very long time to login ( around 1 min) on one of the App Service and on the other App Service with same webapplication, it takes shorter den 10 sec to login. I can't see that there are diff in configuration between these two App Services. So I wounder if someone have any ideas what the issue might be.
