Internet disconnects and won't reconnect until restart

My computer is having internet issues, when I try to stream, only when I try to stream, it disconnects from the internet and won't reconnect until I restart.

I can navigate in the internet without issue, download, play games, watch movies, etc. no problem at all, I try to stream, and in a couple minutes the internet disconnects and will not reconnect until I restart.

But the internet itself is not offline, I can still access it through my tablet

I tried everything I could find online in the past few weeks to try to solve the issue, it's been happening for over a year now.

It happens almost immediately when I try to stream using OBS Studio, but not only when I try to stream, it is also infrequent, there are days there is no issue, other days it disconnects 3-4 times in a single day.

So far I have:

  • Tried to run windows troubleshooters, it didn't find any issue it could fix, it says there is a problem, but does nothing to fix it.
  • Tried to run console commands to reset the connection ( netsh int ip reset / netsh advfirewall reset / netsh winsock reset / ipconfig /flushdns / ipconfig /release / ipconfig /renew )
  • Tried asking for help from my ISP, they replaced the modem, twice, it didn't change anything, disconnects still happen.
  • During this time I had issues with my motherboard and had to replace it, the problem happened both before and after I replaced the motherboard
  • I tried to uninstall and reinstall the network drives, it did not work.
  • I tried to completely format my computer, it did not work either.
  • I tried using a different streaming software, but the problem kept occurring.

My motherboard model:

BaseBoard Manufacturer Micro-Star International Co. Ltd.

BaseBoard Product MAG B460 Tomahawk MS7C81

Baseboard Version 1.0

When the problem happens, if I try to run the troubleshoot, it displays the error below:

I think I may have found the issue.

I tried streaming today, and it disconnected in like a minute.

So, I got pissed, and got up to turn the computer off, and I noticed, the computer motherboard has two network adapters, so 2 cable connectors, I tried connecting on the other one while the problem was occurring, and it reconnected without having to restart.

I tried streaming again, was able to stream for over two hours, no problem.

I believe it's a hardware problem, something with the network adapter itself

I tried to change that setting, it did not work, took a bit longer to disconnect than usual, but still lost connection.

However, this time it was really weird, it's like only some of the connection was lost, I got a warning that my internet went down, my own stream went down, but the one I was watching on trovo.live still kept on, I couldn't interact with that stream (chat would not connect) but the video of the streamer was uninterrupted.

I also could not browse any other site, it gave an error of no internet connection available.

Sounds like you'll need to get some help from the service provider.
