Microsoft Fundamentals Certification

Question

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have passed my SC-900 Exam on 02 July, 2022. For which I have got Fundamentals Certification. But the pattern/format/style/fashion of the certification is not what I used to see held my other.

Secondly, please guide me through the procedure of ordering hard copy of the certification. It is pertinent to mention that I live in Pakistan.
