AZ error while accessing the Sandbox

Hello Team,

This's Jitender, Hope you're doing well...!

I'm trying to access the Azure sandbox from the below link (https://portal.azure.com/learn.learn.microsoft.com).

and while accessing the link I'm getting the attached error, please suggest.

Able to login on https://portal.azure.com/#home
Getting the error message while switching the account with restricted tenants.
Tried to change the password as well but still same issue.
