If so, you could consider using the transport rule to copy the messages to the shared mailbox by checking the IP address of the sender.

I am running Exchange 2016 Full Hybrid. I have a monitoring solution that sends mail through the Exchange SMTP relay in Exchange 2016. This monitoring system is whitelisted by IP on the relay but might send from several addresses. I want to get every mail sent from that IP address through the relay copied into a shared mailbox either in the on-prem Exchange 2016 or ideally into a remote mailbox on the hybrid in Exchange Online. How can this be accomplished?
