Windows Live Local guru - Jay Nanduri’s visiting Sydney!

I’ve been eagerly waiting for Jay Nanduri to visit Sydney ever since I spoke to him back in April about the recently released Windows Local Live/based on Virtual Earth technology. Frank has a nice blog describing what you can do with the new Australian data and WLL. Also check out these related innovations PhotoSynth and the immersive 3D experience at preview.

Any Australian mapping mashup enthusiasts out there? Fancy building the next big thing on Web 2.0 based on this cool mapping platform? Drop me a note, and we’ll get you chatting to Jay in Sydney when he visits.
