CAB file utility (v1.1)
By popular demand I've updated the tool already! Now it actually extracts the files and shows the directory location they would have gone to on the device.
Regarding the GetFileSize issue, it looks like I was using a bad cab file on a network share. GetFileSize does work fine for a network file.

Excuse me for commenting but when I downloaded your .zip file, the .exe seems to be corrupted or something?
