Tip #2 - The Cure to the Common Cold

WEPOS setup is known to not 100% correctly set the language settings specified during setup. Although the problem itself is usually rare, this is the root cause of most language support problems in WEPOS. So, if you have a problem with localization in WEPOS (fonts messing up, wrong fonts, etc.), the first thing you should try are the following steps:

  1. Open Regional & Language Options control panel page
  2. Change the settings to English (US)
  3. Reboot the machine
  4. Open Regional & Language Options control panel page again
  5. Change the settings to the desire locale
  6. Reboot the machine again

This usually cures most of the localization problems in WEPOS.
