Gets the name of the .NET version against which a particular assembly was compiled.

The name of the .NET version with which the assembly was compiled.
The FrameworkName property maps to the frameworkName
parameter of the TargetFrameworkAttribute constructor. It represents the .NET version in a compact form and typically corresponds to the string that is returned by the FrameworkName.ToString method.
