Gets a value indicating whether the collection of standard values returned from GetStandardValues() is a list of all possible values.
public:
override bool GetStandardValuesExclusive(System::ComponentModel::ITypeDescriptorContext ^ context);
public override bool GetStandardValuesExclusive (System.ComponentModel.ITypeDescriptorContext context);
override this.GetStandardValuesExclusive : System.ComponentModel.ITypeDescriptorContext -> bool
Public Overrides Function GetStandardValuesExclusive (context As ITypeDescriptorContext) As Boolean
- context
- ITypeDescriptorContext
An ITypeDescriptorContext that can be used to gain additional context information.
true
if the TypeConverter.StandardValuesCollection returned from GetStandardValues() is an exclusive list of all possible values; false
if other values are possible.
As implemented in this class, this method always returns false
.
If the list is exclusive, such as in an enumeration data type, then no other values are valid. If the list is not exclusive, then there are other valid values besides the list of standard values that GetStandardValues provides.
Override this method if the type you want to convert supports standard values.
The context
parameter can be used to extract additional information about the environment this converter is being invoked from. It might be null
, so you should always check. Also, properties of the context object may also return null
.
