Gets or sets the distance, in points, between the top edge of the NumericUpDown and the top edge of the document.

The distance, in points, between the top edge of the NumericUpDown and the top edge of the document.
The NumericUpDown.Top property uses points, whereas Control.Top property uses pixels.
You can only use the Top property of a NumericUpDown control that is not in line with text. For more information, see Adding Controls to Office Documents at Run Time.
