Outlook for Mac

Hello Please i need your help on this issue. Outlook for Mac will cause my machine to say "Your system has run out of application memory". When I look at the memory usage it shows Outlook using far more ram than I even have in my machine.

Modern authentication a couple of weeks ago. Since then we are prompted for passwords in Outlook randomly on different computers. We are running Outlook 2016, 2019 and M365 and Windows 10/11 on all machines.
