Windows 2000 SP4 Full Download

Question

Hi. Have spent hours trying to locate a working link from Microsoft for the full W2KSP4_EN_xxxxxxx download. Located similar request as recent as February 2022, but that link doesn't seem to work now. Target PC is not on network, so need full download not express link that I can transfer to the target. Express appears to be the only thing available on Microsoft Update Catalog. Understand W2K is no longer supported, but why remove? Would someone with either better search skills, or a higher tolerance for BS please help? :) Thanks.

Fine. I will add a few more comments to make the response more helpful for anyone else apprehensive about downloading from a non-Microsoft source.

The full Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 update, W2KSP4_EN_xxxxxx has been removed for unknown reasons.

Instead, try:

or some other third party of your choosing.

I downloaded, scanned with the Trend virus, unzipped (7z format), transferred, and installed on my Win 2000 SP1 PC no issues.
