I would like to forward every email i put in folder "to do" to email: example@outlook.com

I have tried it with quick steps function but i would like to know if it's possible with the rules function in outlook.

There are no additional conditions, except having the file being dragged into the "to do" file.

When selecting "apply to all messages" the rule is applied to every inbox, not just "to do" folder.

    Hi @aka1230 ,

As far as I know there is not deaible to automatically create tasks for emails from outlook itself, I did some research, and it seems like running a script can do this. You can refer to this link: Create a Task from an Email using a Rule

In addition, the rules for Outlook are only applied to emails and cannot be used for tasks. I am sorry to bring you a bad experience.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
I’ve tried submitted this feature request in forum. What I can do for you at present is to submit a suggestion for you, and you can also make a suggestion via this link.
