@Akshay Kiran, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my checking using the steps under "Find a PFN if the app is not installed on a computer". I got the same result as yours. It shows "Item not found". Based on my researching, I find it mentioned the package family name is deprecated. I think this can be the reason we can't get it.
In the link you provided, it mentioned to find a PFN for an app that's installed on a Windows 10 computer. Maybe you can install the OneNote app on one device to get the PFN.
I notice you want to deploy One Note via Intune. Actually, there's another method which is more convenient to do this. You can deploy OneNote by adding Microsoft 365 apps.
