RDS IP Virtualization on Server 2019

I am attempting to implement IP Virtualization on a Remote Desktop Session Host. The OS is Windows Server 2019 Datacenter. The settings I configure in group policy works fine for Server 2016. I have found an article acknowledging the feature is not working on Server 2019. Is there any intent by Microsoft to fix this functionality for Server 2019?
