What could be reason to fail the device enrollment to Intune via autopilot profile?

Pease see below screenshots of failure on Apps level and its stuck/stopping on first and last stage of enrollment.

    @Vinod Sur, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From the screen shots you provided, it seems the app assigned to user is failed to install during Autopilot enrollment.

    To troubleshoot such issue, you need to collect Windows Autopilot MDM logs and analysis the IntuneManagementExtension.log to find which app is failed to be installed. Here is a link with the steps to collect the log.

    After we find the failed app, we can firstly unassign it to the user group and see if the Autopilot enrollment can finished successfully.
