Statements about PowerPoint features

When I'm giving a presentation in PowerPoint, and I want to make what I'm presenting look like a image, how can I make it look like this?

The black background is the presentation screen and the white background is the presentation content.

Did you mean you want to enable the Notes Pane in PowerPoint?
