Our marketing department needs to push forward a project recently. The company executives decided to embed their contact information in the email body. Can we embed the contact information of the relevant person in the email when we use the full range of Microsoft products. For example, pasting text in the body of an email: Contact me. Embedding a hyperlink on the text and clicking directly on the text will take you to Teams chat interface. Is this feasible, or will violations be detected?

    Hi @RthhsFhnty-9236

You can embed this link in the text in Outlook:

    https://teams.microsoft.com/l/chat/0/0?users=******@xxx.com

Select your text and insert the link above. Please replace the latter with the address of the actual contact you want to add.

    Hope this helps!
