IME Failed to connect https://manage.microsoft.com/RestUserAuthLocationService/RestUserAuthLocationService/Certificate/ServiceAddresses

Hello,

I have an issue With AutoPilot on IME ( Apps : identify), in the log my computer trying to connect to manage.microsoft.com/* using the proxy: fef.msua01.manage.microsoft.com, the connection failed.

Proxy server configured via GPO.

Based on my research, I find someone has this similar issue about IME connection. Here is the link:
