Will Microsoft Q&A functionality be available with docfx or separate for 3rd party companies to use simillar way like SO enterprise?

Microsoft Q&A functionality looks really good. Together with learn.microsoft.com is a really powerful tool that could be also adapted by companies for their own purpose.
While the dotnet.github.io/docfx/ is available for public use, are there any plans to provide also Q&A functionality in the kind of similar way?
That would be a huge help.
