Hi @Michael Lew ,
CN=00067FFEF36E22FF@AUSP282.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM
The "CN" part stands for common name. The string following it is specific to the recipient.
Full error message/header IMCEAEX-_O=FIRST+20ORGANIZATION_OU=EXCHANGE+20ADMINISTRATIVE+20GROUP+28FYDIBOHF23SPDLT+29_CN=RECIPIENTS_CN=00067FFEF36E22FF@AUSP282.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM
"IMCEAEX" means it's an Exchange address and the other string follows it looks like an Exchange Legacy Distinguished Name (X500 address) which is usually used internally by Exchange to route emails.
Did you get this error in a bounce back message when attempting to send a mail to an internal recipient? If so, in case it's related to the auto complete cache of the specific recipient, it's suggested to manually entering the full email address into the To field and see if the message can be sent out.
If the issue persist, could you share the other parts of the error message like the error code so that we can help check it further?
