a membership add from AD gets showd in AADSync as exported but it is not visible in AAD

we have a on prem AD + Entra connect with Microsoft Azure Connect (2.1.1.0). For some combination of users and groups we see the issue that the add in AD of this users to the member list of a group gets recognized by AADSync. the Export runs wit hout error for that group, but the member is not showd in Entra. next sync cycle, the missed member gets recognized from AADSync whil importing form Entra and so gets removed from the AD group as well. we do not see any pattern in affected users or groups.

Could you please review the Entra Connect sync logs and event viewer to check for any errors or warnings related to the group membership synchronization
please share the error details, event ID and logs so that we can understand and help on your issue. -
