Errors showing when buidling index

Question

Hi, I'm trying to build a RAG LLM application with my company's own data. However we keep having problems in creating an index. My boss has created a AI search service and I can select it in the index setting section. See the screenshot below:

However, when I came to the last step, two errors showed up:

So I'm wondering how I can solve these two problems. Is it the credential problem that could be solved by my boss or by myself? And I see the last sentence in the first error tells me to refresh my credentials, how can I do that? Thank you!
