Hi,
I have a Azure subscription for the Azure Active Directory.
Lately I received an email that my subscription was cancelled and the Azure portal shows me that this subscription's status disabled.
I never cancelled the subscription (at least not intentionally).
I tried to reactivate the subscription, but when I did I received the error message "Failed to reactivate the subscription".
So, I tried to create a support request and received another error: "Support Extension Error Message:"
So, I tried to call support via http://aka.ms/AzurePhoneSupport.
An answering machine answered the call but was not even close to helpful. It did not even let me speak to a human even when I asked it to transfer me to a human.
I am running out of ideas on how to fix my subscription.
So, I thought I ask the community.
Any suggestions?
