Hi All,

We have configured the exchange connector long before, added few users to provide access only to enrolled devices.
Seems out of 5 users, 4 users get the below message. But when i see the EAS/MDM, all are compliant (I see duplicated record for outlook, not sure if it is normal). Please advice on how to start troubleshooting

You should probably get rid of EXO device access rule and configure CA instead. Use the device compliance state in the conditions.
