Azure Data Factory Copy activity execution information not available

Why is the copy activity execution information blank and Integration run time set to unknown?
I have a pipeline with a copy activity which reads data from Cosmos DB and writes to Storage Account.
The copy data activity runs for 2hrs 45mins . However the Integration Runtime is shown as Unknown and copy activity does not display the execution details .
The CosmosDB linked service (source) and Storage account linked services(destination) are configured to use Azure managed integration run time.
