The intel core M3 actually runs windows 11 quite well idk why they removed it from the support list but there is a way to get windows 11 to install with the M3 CPU which is an early pc arm CPU this CPU was mainly used in the lower model of Microsoft surface pro's. To get windows 11 on an M3 CPU U first must install windows 10 then use register editor to then add a rule that allows unsupported CPU and tpm to update to windows 11 there is a documentation for this but it is specifically made for the surface pro 6 m3 but will work with all m3 CPUs. It's somewhere in this article guide: https://www.howtogeek.com/759925/how-to-install-windows-11-on-an-unsupported-pc/
