Change Incomming External Display Name

Hi,
We have a Cloud workflow tool that sends emails to our users. The incoming email display name is unfriendly and the domain name often gets reported for phishing or spam.
Is it possible to use a transporter rule to amend these values before reaching the end user so as to make it more meaningful for them?

    About the display name is controlled by the sender side, you cannot modify it from the recipient side.

    I think the mail is considered spam due to lack of SPF records. But, based on your description, this email was sent from Cloud workflow tool which may cannot configure SPF record for it.

    You could setup a transport rule to let email sent from email address bypass filter:

    1. Add this email address as a Mail Contact on your Exchange server.
    2. Create a transport rule like below the let emails bypass the filter:
