I created a Microsoft Azure Account for a temporary purposes. And then I didn't use it since I didn't need that anymore.

Now I regularly get mail that my invoice is due for 129$. And it also shows that my account is disbaled. I used credit card to open the account.

I tried to delete the account recently, but unfortunately, I couldn't.

What can I do in this situation? How can I delete it permanently? Do I need to pay 129 $ to Microsoft?

Thanks in advance.

You can create a support request from the Azure Portal and check with the support team if you really have to pay the amount for services that you really didn't use.

Creating support request related to billing & subscription management is free.
