Stored procedure from adf

I am calling a stored proc from adf. Inside that stored proc, I have configured to connect to another azure sql db. Now when adf executes the stored proc, its throwing error that can not connect to the sl db( that is configured inside the stored proc)
I already granted access to adf on that sql db. Also getting successful connection when calling directly from adf linked service

Getting this error

Are you using Azure SQL Server or "Azure Database for MySQL servers"? If you are using Azure SQL, are you using external table to connect to another database from your stored procedure?
Is you stored procedure running fine without using ADF?
