Serial console to Ubuntu 20.04 VM is not working

I'm unable to get serial console to work to an Ubuntu 20.04 VM. Getting the following error message.

The serial console connection to the VM encountered an error: 'Bad Request'
(400) - The storage account 'tgsbootdiagstg' used for boot diagnostics on this VM could not be found. Verify that boot diagnostics is enabled for this VM, this storage account has not been deleted, and you have access to this storage account.

I made sure that the boot diagnostics storage account is custom, in the same region, same resource group, and both the user and the VM have contributor role access to it. I simply can't find any reason for that error message.

I understand you are receiving the above error message when attempting to use the serial console for your Ubuntu 20.04 Linux VM.

I tested and was not able to reproduce the error. I launched an Ubuntu 20.04 and chose my custom storage account for boot diagnostics. I then tested and confirmed the Serial Console is working. Can you confirm that there is a container inside the storage account starting with "bootdiagnostics-"? Was the storage account created as part of the VM creation process or did you create it separately? If it was created separately, try creating it with the VM creation. Sharing a screenshot of the properties and networking for my storage account.
