See KB 953878 for more information on Office hotfixes sent out in the Cumulative Updates schedule (every two months). KB 953878 will have the master rollup articles for the current bi-monthly set of hotfixes.

    I can not access the KB 953878 ,it need input my live passport and after then ,the access deny page occur

    Are you using Internet Explorer or another browser? You shouldn't need to login to Live to get that KB article. But, I've seen this issue before. Try running Internet Explorer without add-ins iexplore.exe -extoff and try accessing the page. If it works but not in Internet Explorer normal mode (with add-ins) then my guess is you have the Windows Live ID Sign-in Helper add-in loading and there's something wrong with the Live ID sign-in process or it's using a cached version of the web page. You could disable that add-in under Tools/Manage Add-ons in Internet Explorer to see if that helps. If that doesn't work delete temporary internet files. If that doesn't work delete cookies.
