    Nice video.  One of the key things i think missed out is the importance of networking and mentors.  For any start up i truly believe that you need a strong community of like minded entrepreneurs and mentors who can share their experiences, offer advice and give you the support you would otherwise not get sat at home on your own.  It is really important to have someone you can bounce ideas off and get their thoughts and whilst family and friends are brilliant for this, having someone who is going through it, or has been through it, or is considered an expert at it, means the difference between success and failure.
