Cannot restore mysql flexible server

I accidently truncated the wrong table, and need to restore my last backup.

I keep getting: {"code":"DeploymentFailed","message":"At least one resource deployment operation failed. Please list deployment operations for details. Please see https://aka.ms/arm-deployment-operations for usage details.","details":[{"code":"ProvisioningDisabled","message":"The region is restricted."}]}

It will not allow me to choose another region. Is there anything I can do?

@James Kester Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum, and sorry for the trouble you are facing.

If I understand correctly you are trying to restore MYSQL and you are seeing deployment failure, to which region you are trying to restore? can you please share some screenshots of the error? Maybe it could be an intermittent issue can you try it after some time?

I'm pretty sure the problem is that my Azure Database for MySQL flexible server is using a resource group in the location Central US. However my account is not able to deployments in that region (restricted). I have opened a support ticket to request this ability.
