Hello @Cheslin Isaacs,
Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.
Based on your description, I understand that you're setting up a new PC for a user who has been assigned an E3 license. When attempting to log in to Microsoft Teams and the Outlook client application on the PC, you're encountering an error code 0x80192ee7.
This issue occurs because the device is failing to connect with Intune MDM. If the user does not have an Intune license, this error is expected, and you should not configure the MDM Enrollment Policy for all users.
When logging into Microsoft Teams or the Outlook client application, the device attempts to register with Entra through Microsoft Intune. This happens if you check "Allow my organization to manage my device" during the login process.
Solution: To fix this issue, you can either:
Assign an Intune license to the user so that Intune enrollment can be completed successfully, and the device will reach a registered state in Microsoft Entra.
Uncheck "Allow my organization to manage my device" when prompted during login and click OK.
- Remove the user from the MDM Enrollment Policy to prevent Intune enrollment from being triggered at login. To do this:
- Log in to the Azure Portal.
- Go to Microsoft Entra ID.
- Click on Mobility (MDM and WIP).
- Select Microsoft Intune.
Check if the MDM User scope is applied to all users. If it is, change the setting to "Some" and include only the group of users who need to use Microsoft Intune services. Do not add users who do not require Intune to this group.
For now, you can only educate the users on selecting the options they have and the end result. This blog covers the 4 options users have when they see that prompt https://msendpointmgr.com/2021/03/11/are-you-tired-of-allow-my-organization-to-manage-my-device/
