The OLE DB standard specification allows providers to specify VT_EMPTY for DBPROPINFO::vValues. However, OLE DB Driver for SQL Server OLE DB always returns VT_EMPTY when you call IDBProperties::GetPropertyInfo with DBPROPSET_ROWSETALL to retrieve rowset properties.
