Synopsis
Imports and applies syslog client endpoint certificate.
Syntax
Set-SyslogClient [-OutputSeverity <Object>] [-PfxBinary <Object>] [-RemoveCertificate] [-CertPassword <Object>]

Certificate in a binary format. Use Get-Content to extract the array of bytes from the certificate file.
