What do you want to do?
To make it easier to call voice mail, after you've finished setting up your voice mail, you can:
- Create a contact to access your voice mail You can create a contact on your mobile phone and dial it the same way you dial your other contacts. For details about how to create a voice mail contact, see Create a Contact for Voice Mail.
- Set up a speed dial key You can create a contact and then assign a speed dial key to press and hold on your mobile phone keypad. Setting up speed dialing makes it even easier to dial the Outlook Voice Access number. For details about how to set up speed dialing, see Set Up Speed Dialing for Voice Mail.
- Changing the Number You Call to Access Your Voice Mail On some mobile phones, you can change the number you call to access your voice mail from your mobile provider's number to the Outlook Voice Access number. This lets you set the 1 speed dial key as the key you press and hold to dial the voice mail access number. For details on how to change the number you call to access your voice mail, see Changing the Number You Call to Access Your Voice Mail.
