このコネクタを使用すると、Excel から Repfabric で会社、連絡先、営業案件などのデータを作成できます。 書式設定されたデータをスプレッドシートにアップロードする手間を省き、Repfabric に表示するデータの行を選択し、フローを実行すると、すぐに情報が表示されます!

Repfabric Lead Loader

このコネクタは、Repfabric のバックエンド システムにデータを送信し、顧客、企業、リードに関連する新しいテーブルとオブジェクトを自動的に作成するために使用されます。 このコネクタの主な目的は .csv ファイルからデータを送信することですが、この API は将来的に他のマイクロソフトのサービスにも使用できる可能性があります。

前提条件

API が処理する正しいデータを提供するシート テンプレートと、コネクタを使用する Power Automate テンプレートにのみアクセスする必要があります。 Google スプレッドシートの例は こちら です。 認定コネクター付きテンプレートを公開できるまで、Power Automate のテンプレートについては andre@phiquest.io までお問い合わせください。

現時点では、この API の資格情報を組織外のユーザーに提供できないため、この操作をテストするために資格情報は必要ありません。 テスト目的で、この API はクライアント情報の漏洩を避けるために、Basic 認証として保存されている独自の既定の認証情報を使用します。

はじめに

送信できるデータ列は多数ありますが、必要なのはほんの一部です。 API が取得する必要がある必須データは次のとおりです。

ここから、csv ファイルからデータを提供し、適切なキーにリンクしてください。 唯一の例外はタイプとプログラムです。Type は既定で Customer にする必要があり、Program には任意のテスト文字列を指定できますが、空にすることはできません。

コネクタは、API 呼び出しの スターテス 、API が作成した内容 データ 、または API が失敗した理由を示すメッセージを返します。そして、文字列の類似性に基づいて、提出されたプリンシパルがデータベースのプリンシパルと一致する 確率 を求めます。 (プリンシパルがデータベースに存在しないと思われる場合は、新しいプリンシパルを作成したことが表示されます)

返された情報を使用して、電子メールや CSV シートの更新を通じて通話のステータスをユーザーに知らせることができます。 この API は約 3 ～ 10 秒間のみ実行されます。

既知の問題と制限事項

Power Automate テンプレートを実行する場合、設定に問題があったり、API がクラッシュし続けたりすると、無期限に実行される可能性があります。 今後のアップデートでこの問題を修正する予定です。
